The Grand Tea Room offers a rotating menu of homemade delicacies crafted with care and rooted in tradition. Guests enjoy savory bites like flaky quiches, pressed paninis, and seasonal sides—all made from locally sourced meats and vegetables, offering freshness you can taste. And don’t skip dessert: our handcrafted cakes, scones, and cookies are baked by skilled Amish cooks using time-honored recipes and the finest ingredients. Whether you're joining us for a classic afternoon tea or a light lunch with friends, each plate is made fresh, in-house, and with intention. The Grand Tea Room is more than a meal—it’s a taste of tradition, elevated by local flavor and unforgettable hospitality.  

The Grand Tea Room is also available for private rentals and special events, seating up to 60 guests for bridal showers, birthdays, themed teas, and more. Our team offers full catering, including the same fresh, locally sourced menu our guests love—quiches, paninis, seasonal sides, and Amish-baked desserts—all served with traditional tea service. Throughout the year, we host unique public experiences such as Harriet Tubman reenactments, historical readings, and Victorian-themed tea parties.
